I have green water. how do i fix it? also, how do you change the ph level? this is for j2aquarium.

-> For green water, the reason is that the water quality is bad.
Your aquarium should have a high level of Nitrits/Nitrats.
You can refresh the water to remove Nitrits/Nitrats, use Menu/Action,
Choose Mineral water or Tap Water to change the water.
Also, add bacteria, they will help to decrease the value.
Then water will become blue...and safe for fishes.
-> PH : in the Version V1.1, it is not completely managed.
By the way, you can increase the value with Tap water, 
or decrease with Pure water (Osmoseur) (error in the menu of V1.1: read Pure instead of Mineral !).

I installed the j2aquarium program on my phone. i dont see any fish. how do i get fish?

-> You have to wait that the water quality will be stabilised and safe for fishes.
Then after some days, if water quality is still correct, you will join the level 2, where the babies fishes will appears !
If you do not want to wait, you can force the levels by using the Magic words.
(you can find them within www.wabyanko.com website, click J2aquarium in pdamobile page)

do i have to turn off the light when moon appears?
-> No, the moon appears only to say that it is the night.
For lighting, just have to define the power and time duration, something like from 9H to 20H... (it seems that on some devices the hoir management is not correct..., do not hesitate to send a feedback to me...)

Fish can talk to me?
-> It was the cas within Waquarium, it was not implemented with the Jxxaquarium series... Do you thing it is good idea ?

How to play with fish?
-> Under Waquarium, it was possible using the touch screen possibilities (make fishes happy, nervous, shy), under java phones it is not yet possible, may be with next phone generation.
So, waiting for that, now that I had completed the JxxAquarium_series migration to MIDP_for phones, I will work more on interactivities and function similar as playing with fishes
